CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A former police officer is facing charges after being accused of asking a 16-year-old girl to send nude materials of herself. According to court documents, 38-year-old Raymond Seng III of New Richmond had been communicating with the girl over Facebook Messenger for months, and their conversations were sexual in nature. Seng allegedly asked the girl to send nude materials of herself at least twice -- once at the end of March and again on May 27. Seng was arrested on May 28 and posted bond the next day. He's facing charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. Seng worked as a part-time officer for Felicity Police from January 2015 to August 2019. He then worked as a part-time officer for the Georgetown Police Department in Brown County starting in March 2020. He was fired from that position during the first week of June.
